What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal and the following debits/credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Unfortunately, at this time we do not accept cash, CODs, checks or money orders for online orders. Please contact our office at 434-228-4289 for additional payment methods that may be accepted for in-office orders only.
Can I place an order via phone?
Yes, orders can be placed via phone by contacting our office at 434-228-4289.
How do I know if ordering online is secure?
Your order is processed securely through PayPal. PayPal uses industry standard encryption technologies and fraud prevention tools when transferring and receiving data exchanged to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of all data and information collected.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is charged for residents of the State of Virginia. For additional information, please contact your local tax authority to determine if there are other tax liabilities you may be subject to.
How do I check my order status?

What shipping method is used to ship my order and the cost?
We use Standard Flat Rate Shipping Options with Delivery Confirmation. The shipping/handling fee is based on weight of item.
Can I pick up my order in person instead of having it shipped?
Yes phone, in-office, and custom orders can be picked up in person, please contact our office at 434-228-4289 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org for additional information.
When will I receive my order that has been shipped?
After an order has been placed it will ship within 3 to 5 business days, please allow time thereafter for your item (s) to arrive based on transit time. Once item (s) have been shipped, shipment tracking details will be sent to the client via email.
What is your order cancellation policy?
A cancellation request prior to item production must be submitted via email to email@example.com or phone at 434-228-4289 within 24 hours of placing your order. If we are able to cancel your order before it is processed/produced, there is no charge for the cancellation. If the product has been shipped, it is not returnable.
Can I return a featured engraved product or personalized item (s) for a refund?
Featured engraved products, and personalized items made to custom specifications can not be returned. 11&1 Productions does not take financial responsibility for the incorrect spelling of personalization text provided by the client. Product proofs for personalized orders are provided to a client for review prior to the completion of the final product (s). It is also the client's responsibility to proof read personalization text prior to submitting their order.
